The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik met today in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Kalabuhov.
The President of the Republic informed the Ambassador of the Russian Federation about all important issues for the Republic of Srpska, about development projects, but also about the political positions of the institutions of the Republic of Srpska.
The President Dodik informed the Ambassador Kalabuhov about the attempt to seize property from the Republic of Srpska, and emphasized that the issue was resolved by the Dayton Agreement and that the property belongs to the entities.
The President of the Republic reiterated that Srpska does not change its position regarding the introduction of sanctions against Russia and that its constitutional position must be respected within this framework.
During the meeting, other current topics in the Republic of Srpska, BiH and the region were discussed.
