The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik extended congratulations to all women on the occasion of March 8 – International Women’s Day.

Marking this holiday is an opportunity for all of us to remember the long-term efforts to implement social, economic and political rights of women in the world, and the progress of a society is also measured by the extent to which we have enabled women to have their place in it.

Regardless of the date, we should always recognise and show respect to women for all the roles they play as an irreplaceable support and moral driver of social and family values.

We can be proud of the fact that in the Republic of Srpska more and more women are performing important and responsible functions and actively contributing to social development in an exceptional way.
